I’m Kai Kjartan Høgberg – a family man, writer, drummer, professional bodyworker, and movement education teacher. My obsession with movement and high performance led me to teach courses nationally and internationally for several years. Professionals like chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, personal trainers, and others have attended. With over 19 years and thousands of hours of experience, I’ve worked with clients ranging from laymen to world champions and Olympic athletes. Active in sports like cross-country skiing, speed skating, athletics, Tae Kwon Do, and scuba diving, I believe in self-education, simplicity, and the idea that anyone can improve their life.
