I’m Kai Kjartan Høgberg, and I’m honored to share with you why choosing to work with me could be one of the most impactful decisions you make for your well-being.

As a family man, writer, drummer, and professional bodyworker, I bring a holistic perspective to my practice that transcends mere physicality. My journey has been driven by an unyielding obsession with movement and high performance, propelling me to teach courses both nationally and internationally for several years.

Professionals across a spectrum of disciplines, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and personal trainers, have entrusted me with their education and training. This widespread recognition of my expertise speaks volumes about the depth of knowledge and effectiveness of my methods.

With 20 years and thousands of hours of experience under my belt, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, ranging from laymen to world champions and Olympic athletes. Each interaction has enriched my understanding of the human body and its potential, allowing me to tailor my approach to suit individual needs with precision and empathy.

My active engagement in sports such as cross-country skiing, speed skating, athletics, Tae Kwon Do, and scuba diving isn’t just a testament to my personal dedication to physical excellence; it’s a living demonstration of my expertise in action.
