Welcome to the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) program—a journey designed to enhance your body’s functionality and transform the way you move through life. Over three to six months, you will embark on a comprehensive exploration of your body, beginning with understanding its current state, progressing through targeted interventions, and ultimately achieving harmonious integration of movement and posture.

In the beginning phase of the program, you will delve into the fundamentals of body awareness and movement education. Through guided sessions and personalized assessments, you will uncover patterns of tension and imbalances that have accumulated over time. This phase serves as the foundation for your transformation journey, laying the groundwork for future progress.

Transitioning into the middle phase of the program, you will dive deeper into the principles of ATSI. Through hands-on techniques and movement exercises, you will address specific areas of tension and dysfunction within the fascial network. This phase focuses on releasing tight spots and re-educating the body to move with greater ease and efficiency.

In the final phase of the program, you will integrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout your journey. Through continued practice and refinement, you will cultivate lasting changes in your posture, movement patterns, and overall well-being. By the end of the program, you will emerge with a newfound sense of body awareness and empowerment, equipped with the tools to navigate through life with grace and vitality.

Join me on this transformative journey as we unlock your body’s potential and unleash your innate ability to move with freedom and ease. Let’s embark on this adventure together, towards a future of enhanced movement and vitality.

Important Note: Structural Integration is contraindicated for those with infections, fever, acute inflammation, and recent trauma. Some forms of rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, or osteomyelitis are also contraindicated.

Some individuals may percieve their losing fight with gravity as a sharp pain in their back, others as the unflattering contour of their body, others as a constant fatigue, yet others as an unrelentingly threatening environment. Those over forty may call it old age. And yet all this signals may be pointing to a single problem so prominent in their own structure, as well as others, that it has been ignored: They are off balance. They are at war with gravity.
